The workshop is aimed at specialists and managers from Agriculture and veterinary medical practice as well as science and related disciplines.

It is organized as a joint event by the Anhalt Bernburg University of Applied Sciences and the Professor Hellriegel-Institut e.V. In 2025, the "17th Central German Cattle Workshop" will once again focus on specific topics relating to milk production and cattle farming.

The conference will be held as a face-to-face event on April 25, 2025 (13:00 - 18:00) and on April 26, 2025 (8:30 - 13:00) at the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Bernburg. The university's monastery will once again be the venue for the event. At this event, we would like to present scientific findings and practical results and discuss them with all participants. Registration in advance of the event is required. Veterinarians can receive ATF recognition. If you are interested in sponsoring the event, please contact Prof. Dr. Scholz directly.

A further exchange with all participants can be realized after the first day of the event (Friday) at the evening event. If there are no objections, the evening event will take place in the monastery of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences approximately 1 hour per week per semester after the end of the conference on Friday.
