Just a few days before the trip, my country appeared in war. HS Anhalt did not cancel our arrangements, on the contrary - helped me to arrive to Germany.
Ukrainians are strong, intelligent, hardworking people. I am proud to be Ukrainian and I nurture these qualities in myself.
I was born in Vinnytsia. It is a beautiful city with a rich history, architecture and friendly people. At school, I was fond of mathematics, so my natural choice was to enter one of the biggest Universities in Ukraine - NTUU “Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute”.
Several years ago, I was a proactive student building my dreams for the future. During my final year of bachelor study, as an excellent student, I was invited by our partner University for a trip to Köthen to get acquainted with education in Europe.
Despite all the stress I had to find strength in myself to continue studying. I was lucky to appear among people who surrounded me with help and support in an unknown place.
Now I am studying for a Master of Electrical and Computer Engineering at HS Anhalt, learning new language and writing my Master's Thesis.
Thanks to the Fit4Ukraine scholarship I can fully concentrate on my studies and hopefully very soon will obtain a Master degree in Germany!
I believe I can become a valuable asset for my country so highly required for rebuilding Ukraine.
After graduating, I dream of returning to Ukraine and rebuilding my country as a young specialist.
