The VorOrt project is a non-profit organisation and community centre with many accessible makerspaces and cultural formats. The listed building at Wolfgangstraße 13 (right next to Kaufland) is maintained by the VorOrt people on a voluntary basis and filled with new life. Everyone is welcome to become part of VorOrt!

Our Formats
- Subbotniks / Regular clean-ups where the house and garden are taken care of
- KüfA - Küche für Alle / Every 2nd Thursday (even weeks) we cook together from rescued food. We start cooking at 5:00 pm and eat at 8:00 pm. (Donation 2-5€, except the cooks)
- Vinyl am Fenster / Listen to private record collections plus cool drinks, June-August Wednesdays from 6:00 pm
- Concerts, markets and exhibitions
- Klink festival / The three-day community festival is the on-site summer highlight with concert series (independent & newcomers) and workshops (design, crafts, art). klink is looking forward to your application for the crew!

Our Makerspaces
DRUCKBAR
In the Druckbar, you can experiment with the printing technique of risography in small editions, with bright soy-based colours. The Druckbar offers printing workshops, exhibitions and events - as well as prints by local artists. Opening hours: Tue-Fri - 4:00 pm to 8:00 pm
HOLZGARAGE
The Holzgarage is a cosy makerspace in one of the garages next to the VorOrt Haus. The space was set up by passionate woodworkers and is now open to everyone in the city to try out and experience the joy of creating with wood for themselves.
SIEBSTATT
Siebstatt is a makerspace for experimenting with screen printing. On request, the space can be rented for independent work at a small price. The Siebstatt crew siebstatt@gmail.com
TONSTUDIO
The Tonstudio is an open ceramics studio for creative people who want to inspire and learn from each other. Everyone who wants to work with their hands in a peaceful and quiet place is welcome.
GARDEN
Fresh vegetables grow between fruit trees and berry bushes in the community garden next to the VorOrt Haus. Fragrant herbs thrive in raised beds. A place for communal gardening and enjoyment, where everyone can get involved.
