Housing:
In Metz, numerous accommodation solutions are available: housing reserved for students and managed by CROUS, student and private rentals, and housing in private homes. Campus accommodation (Résidence universitaire - « CROUS ») 148 euros (room of 9m2) / month 534 euros (T2 28m2 or +) / month + 1 month security deposit returned between 1 to 2 months after the end of the lease
- Private accommodation (Résidence privée) 350 euros -> 600 euros / month + 1 month security deposit returned between 1 to 2 months after the end of the lease
- Flatsharing (Co-location) ≈ 350 euros / month + 1 month security deposit returned between 1 to 2 months after the end of the lease
