The Waldauer Wohnpark is a renovated low-rise building that was completed in October 2018.
It is located on the outskirts of Bernburg in the direction of Strenzfeld. The distance to the B6N is approx. 300 m and to the A14 approx. 2 km. The Anhalt University of Applied Sciences is approx. 2.5 km from the residential park. The university is very good to reach by bike, car, bus and train. Shopping facilities (bakery, butcher and discount store) are in the immediate vicinity.
