Altes Pfarrhaus
The “Altes Pfarrhaus” (old parsonage) was built in 1889. Until 2004, it was also used as such. Even today it maintains its historical purpose and offers young people a place to live. Students and those looking to start an apartment-sharing community can apply to get a room (in a shared apartment) in this historical atmosphere.
The house is not far from the ‘valley city’, and it is also close to the Strenzfeld campus.

Waldauer Wohnpark
The Waldauer Wohnpark is a redeveloped low-rise building that was completed in October 2018.
It is located on the outskirts of Bernburg in the direction of Strenzfeld. The distance to the B6N is about 300 m and to the A14 about 2 km. The Anhalt University of Applied Sciences is located about 2.5 km from the Waldauer Wohnpark. The university is very easy to reach by bike, car, bus and train. Shopping facilities (baker, butcher and discount supermarket) are close by.
