Founding Day 2026

On Tuesday, November 17, 2026, from 10:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m., all employees, students, and partners of our university are invited to Startup Day at the Roemer-Haus on the Campus Bernburg.

The event brings together academia, entrepreneurship, and regional support, showcasing the opportunities available as you move from a research idea or initial business concept toward starting a company.
In the morning, we’ll explore what artificial intelligence can achieve and the opportunities it presents for entrepreneurship and innovation. In the afternoon, the focus will shift to financing and regional support—with information and opportunities to get to know the relevant points of contact firsthand. The “small” startup fair hosted by the Halle-Dessau Chamber of Commerce and Industry (IHK) that follows will also offer the opportunity to speak with experts from the Saxony-Anhalt Investment Bank, the marketing firm Omazing, the Halle-Dessau Chamber of Commerce and Industry, and the Anhalt University Center for Entrepreneurship.

We look forward to seeing you there!
