Promoting biodiversity in agricultural landscapes and in public and private areas
The promotion of biodiversity affects everyone and so farmers, local authorities, public institutions, businesses and also every citizen can implement measures in their area.

The focus is on working with native wild plants, from which many animal species in particular benefit and with which high-quality and attractive flower strips, species-rich meadows, edges, public green spaces, dyke greening, water edge strips, erosion control strips and much more can be created.

The Anhalt University of Applied Sciences has developed and tested successful methods in Prof. Dr. Sabine Tischew's working group and works on the topic both regionally and nationally.
