The Institute for Real Estate Evaluation has set itself the goal of supporting the research, development, application and teaching of real estate valuation, especially market and mortgage lending valuations.

This is to be achieved by

• Initiating, conducting and supporting research activities.
• Identification and development of innovative work processes and their practical testing in the field of Real Estate Evaluation.
• Organizing and supporting teaching and training, in particular with and on behalf of cooperating colleges and universities as well as companies.

• The organization and implementation of the "Business Studies / Real Estate Evaluation" degree program at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences in Bernburg.
• The organization of events, in particular workshops, conferences, seminars, etc., as well as publications.
• Participation in research projects in the area of the statutory purpose.
• The Institute is committed to the unity of research and teaching.
