Keeping track of the entire value stream in day-to-day operations is often a challenge. Those who work on processes every day run the risk of losing sight of the big picture—which makes it all the more important to consciously step back and take a fresh look at the bigger picture.
This is exactly the perspective that some of our logistics master’s students were able to gain this week at Tonfunk GmbH in Ermsleben. During the joint kickoff event, they gained fascinating insights into the processes and structures of a company that has already achieved an impressively high standard in many areas.
This collaboration is a prime example of practice-oriented education: dedicated students, a strong partner, and processes that set the standard. Tonfunk GmbH Ermsleben impressively demonstrates what is possible through consistent development—and is already approaching the 100% mark.
The starting point for the coming weeks is thus clearly defined: a challenging task that offers great potential. We look forward to seeing the results and are eager to hear the final presentations!
