In a workshop led by Prof. Henning Strubelt, the team gained valuable insights into the principles of lean management and their practical application in day-to-day work.
In addition to covering key fundamentals, the program placed particular emphasis on interactive and hands-on activities that allowed participants to directly experience and try out lean management methods. This enabled them to critically examine processes, identify opportunities for improvement, and collaboratively develop solutions.
