Information on studying

Teaching and studies should prepare students for professional activities in the Real Estate, Economics and Administration sectors and provide them with the necessary professional and practical knowledge, skills and methods so that they are able to apply scientific methods and knowledge in a professional field and are enabled to think critically and act freely, responsibly and socially.

The basic aim is to enable students to independently apply scientific knowledge and methods as well as secure practical experience for professional activities in the Real Estate sector. The degree program is designed to be complex and includes Economics, Law and Construction Engineering.

Irrespective of special admission regulations for individual master's degree programs, the bachelor's degree basically determines aptitude for admission to a master's degree program.

Possible occupational fields for graduates of the Real Estate degree program are as follows:

  • Project development,
  • financing,
  • marketing,
  • management,
  • credits of real estate
  • Investment.

Lab

The internship is part of the degree program and is demonstrably carried out in a company or an institution corresponding to the study objective. If sufficient work placements are not available, these can be replaced in whole or in part by equivalent practical projects or practical phases at the university as an exception.

The internship is carried out on the basis of the degree program's internship regulations. The duration is at least 12 weeks.
