What we do
The Gender Equality Representative of the department deals with all concerns and demands regarding women's issues. She can initiate measures to promote women in consultation and has direct access and speaking rights in the Department Executive Committee. She is committed to ensuring that women are adequately represented in university committees. The Gender Equality Representative is entitled to attend all meetings of appointment and other recruitment procedures as well as meetings of the Department Executive Committee.
