Biotechnology Prize

Description

The Department of Applied Biosciences and Process Engineering awards annual prizes to the best theses in the field of Biotechnology. Until 2014, these prizes were donated by Prof. Dr. Wilke (ILBQ). Since 2015, there have been various donors, such as IDT Biologika GmbH or the Department.

Food Technology Prize

Description

The Department of Applied Biosciences and Process Engineering awards annual prizes to the best theses in the field of Food Technology. Since 2004, this prize has been sponsored by Prof. Wilke (ILBQ). From 2021, the prizes will be sponsored by the Silesia-Clemens Hanke Foundation.
