Contract Terms
USER GROUP AND ORDER ACCEPTANCE
The scientific workshop is open to all members of the university. Before a workshop order can be accepted, the work to be carried out must be agreed with the workshop manager or the skilled workers. All workshop orders are documented.
DATES
Orders are processed in the order in which they are received. Once the scope of the order has been clarified, a deadline can be specified.
COSTS
In the case of standard orders, costs may be incurred for raw materials, semi-finished products and tools. These are to be borne by the client (rebooking).
Large orders (processing time > 1 week) and deadline orders may have to be processed via a project.
