1. description

The ISC is responsible for the central administration of user data. This data is primarily required for the organisation of the ISC's services. It goes without saying that the principles of the GDPR are observed.
Automated synchronisation procedures between the administration and the ISC are carried out cyclically to ensure that this data is always up to date.

In addition to name information, the ISC's data collections contain other data that is important for general user administration as well as contact information for users.

This data can be transmitted to decentralised structural units via predefined interfaces if there is a legitimate interest.

2. Authorised users

The provision of data from the central data repositories of the ISC is an internal university service.

Authorised users are designated administrators of the structural units if a legitimate interest in the transmission of the data can be proven.

3. application

If an administrator wishes to transfer data, they can contact the ISC directly. If the requirements for data transmission are met, the possible technical procedures can be enquired about and agreed.

4. regulations

The basic regulations on utilisation are contained in the ISC's Operating regulations 2/09 'Provision of user data'.

In addition, the provisions issued by the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences Data Protection Officer apply to the implementation of this procedure. These will be communicated to the administrators of the structural units as part of the procedure.
