Day 1: Monday, March 10, 2025 – Opening and Project Kick-off

4:30–6:30 PM: Team Up, Track Selection, and Kick-off
From 6:30 PM: Open Networking and Start of Project Work

Day 2: Tuesday, March 11, 2025 – Intensive Work and Mentoring
