FITTER-Project Visits Hierbleiben Job Fair in Magdeburg
On November 15, we took the opportunity to visit the renowned Hierbleiben job fair in Magdeburg as part of the FITTER project. Despite the rainy weather, our journey from Köthen by train started smoothly and full of anticipation.

The fair provided a unique platform to connect with a wide range of companies from the region. Our participants made many valuable connections with potential employers who were interested in the skills and knowledge of our talented students.
On site at the fair, a variety of companies from the region were waiting for us to present their job offers. Our participants had the chance to talk to HR managers and find out more about the various professional fields. The atmosphere was pleasant and many constructive discussions were held, which led to valuable contacts with potential employers.
It was particularly pleasing to see how many companies showed interest in the skills and knowledge of our students. The discussions went well and some of our participants were able to explore concrete points of contact for labs or future job opportunities.
The consistently good atmosphere among the participants was particularly positive and made the day a complete success. The enthusiasm of the visitors and the response from the exhibiting companies were evidence of a constructive exchange and the prospect of exciting career opportunities.

The students are grateful for the opportunity to have taken part in this enriching event and are looking forward to deepening the contacts they have made.
The day in Magdeburg impressively demonstrated how valuable direct interactions and networking experiences are for career planning.
Despite the uncomfortable rainy weather, which lasted from Köthen to Magdeburg, the students didn't let it spoil their mood.
