The "StemPowHer" workshop is aimed at women who are interested in the STEM fields (science, technology, engineering and mathematics) or are already working in these fields. The aim of the workshop is to encourage and empower women to advance their careers in these traditionally male-dominated fields. The workshop will offer networking opportunities, inspiring talks from successful women in STEM fields, as well as practical courses and mentoring sessions. Participating women should leave the workshop more confident and equipped with concrete strategies for their personal and professional development.
