The Anhalt-Bitterfeld district is once again seeking innovative companies and forward-looking projects in 2026. Through the Anhalt-Bitterfeld Innovation Award, the Anhalt-Bitterfeld Development and Economic Promotion Agency (EWG) recognizes outstanding innovations in products, processes, services, and business models.
Who can participate?
- Companies from all industries headquartered or located in the Anhalt-Bitterfeld district
- Startup projects being implemented in the Anhalt-Bitterfeld district
- Joint projects involving multiple companies (at least one participating company
must be headquartered or located in the district)
What can be submitted?
- Product innovations
- Process innovations
- Service innovations
- Business innovations
The prerequisites are that the innovation has been or is being implemented in the Anhalt-Bitterfeld district and contributes, for example, to increasing productivity, improving market position, reducing costs or environmental impact, or securing or creating jobs.
Application Deadline
Applications may be submitted through August 10, 2026.

GmbH: 1,000 euros - Special Prize from Unite Services GmbH & Co.
KG: 1,000 euros - Special Prize from the Halle-Dessau Chamber of Industry and Commerce
