Campus-Report: A graduate reports

My studies at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences prepared me very well for my future working life thanks to the high level of practical relevance. After an intensive professional excursion to an online marketing agency, I am now employed as a new media/corporate communications employee at Stadtwerke Halle. In addition to traditional press relations, I work with my colleagues on the website, social media and internal communications. These are all topics that I also came into contact with during my studies. For example, in my first semester I was able to support SIEMENS with the communication of their new social intranet - a really great experience! And "this internet" is crucial for external and internal communication - I learned that during my studies and am currently putting it into practice :-).

The strong cohesion of the students at the Bernburg site was unique for me and strengthened our team spirit. I can only advise all current students, new students and prospective students: Go through the world with your eyes open, pick up what you can and try things out. My grandpa used to say "trial and error makes perfect" - and that also applies in the online world. And: help each other, ask questions and support others in their projects - who knows what opportunities will open up. I am also happy to provide students with advice, support and projects. We are also currently working together. On what? I won't tell you yet ;-)

I found my studies to be practical, meaningful, future-oriented and fun, just as I had imagined. I am proud to be an MOK.
