Bringing sustainability to life and experiencing it firsthand—that was the focus of a company visit to Tonfunk GmbH in Ermsleben. Our business administration students gained fascinating insights into the diverse approaches used to implement sustainability in an industrial setting.
The focus was on specific issues related to production processes, the use of resources and energy, and organizational measures within the company. The students were able to explore various areas and analyze which sustainable solutions are already in place and where there is further potential for development.
Building on these insights, students are now developing their own ideas and action plans as part of the “Transformation anpacken!” module to further expand sustainability initiatives and provide innovative impetus for practical application.
