Psychological Counselling

Psychological Counselling for staff and teachers

The aim of occupational psychological counseling is to develop new strategies and skills relevant to everyday life, drawing on the personal resources of those seeking advice. The focus is on mental and social well-being, always taking into account the relevant living and environmental conditions.

In contrast to psychotherapy, psychological counseling is not a therapeutic treatment, but rather a preventive support service. This includes individual counseling, team counseling, or counseling in a group context. Forms of counseling include counseling, coaching, and supervision with a systemic approach.

Every consultation is free of charge and confidential. We are subject to legal confidentiality obligations and work independently. We do not pass on anything you discuss with us to third parties. Nor do we disclose any information about whether a particular person has contacted us, unless you wish us to do so and release us from our confidentiality obligation.

Who am I?

I am a systemic consultant at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences.

My consulting work is not about diagnoses, but about possibilities. I take a solution- and resource-oriented approach, trusting that everyone already has a lot to offer when it comes to finding their own answers.
