Password change

Please send an e-mail with the subject "Password change with known access data" to support@hs-anhalt.de.

The following information is required (as applicable to you):

• Name
• Department
• Degree program
• Matriculation number
• User name

Your account will be released by the university and will activate the password change the next time you log in.

You will then receive an automatic reply from the ticket system: "The ticket is closed." This means that your account has been reactivated.

You now have the option to change your password. This password has now been changed for all university portals (except Webex and Adobe)!

• Previous self-assigned password known: Use of the "CHANGE" function via selfservice.hs-anhalt.de
• Only initial password known: Use of the "RESET" function at selfservice.hs-anhalt.de

Please send an e-mail with the subject "Password change; no access data available" to support@hs-anhalt.de.

The following information is required:

• Name
• Department
• Degree program
• Matriculation number
• User name

Option 1:

Once we have successfully verified your identity, you will receive your access data by e-mail.

Option 2:

If the verification of your identity failed, please follow these instructions.

• Please contact the administrator responsible for your Department. You will be invited to a video meeting to verify your identity. You will find the person responsible in the list below.
• Please have your identity card and other information ready: Name, Department, degree program, matriculation number or user name.
• After successful identity verification, you will receive a one-time password from the administrator to activate the password change the next time you log in. (CHANGE function)
• This password change is then valid for all university portals of the university
