With the AdmiralCloud digital asset management system, Anhalt University of Applied Sciences has found a solution for securely storing digital media (assets) in a central location and making them available to university members via various channels.
Data can now be found quickly and individually and reused in a legally compliant manner. Media can be shared with students, the press, partners or sponsors.
A small group of administrators controls the use and provision of download formats. The specification of metadata ensures copyright and usage rights. Cross-references between release management and media control personal rights.
This means that checked and prepared material can be made available for web editors and presentations (social media videos, web graphics, print graphics).
Terms of use for media of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences
- You may use the images in accordance with the license displayed with the image.
- The copyright notice derived from the license must always be stated in full.
- The copyright notice consists of the copyright information and the name of the photographer.
- Presentation of the copyright notice: Owner of the copyright/name of the photographer - e.g. Anhalt University of Applied Sciences / Max Mustermann.
- The copyright notice must be indicated directly on the image, in the photo credits or in the imprint.
- The images may be used both in print and online, depending on the stated purpose.
- You may not resell the images.
- Any distortion of the images is not permitted.
- The use of the images in pornographic or illegal contexts is expressly prohibited.
- Any use of the data to defame or disparage products or natural or legal persons is prohibited.
- These terms of use also apply to third parties to whom images from this media library are passed on.
