Course content and objectives
Real estate project development has significant influence on planning and construction as well as use and utilization of buildings. The focus of the program is on a holistic view of the project development process and the resulting future prospects concerning usage requirements and sustainability as well as on the optimization of real estate costs, financing and investments.
The aim is an interdisciplinary conflation of real estate project development and administration, business administration, building technology, architecture and urban development. Electives allow for an individual specialization, e.g. in real estate management or valuation.
Requirements
Admission requirement is a qualified university degree in the Bachelor's degree programmes Real Estate and Construction Management, Architecture, Real Estate Management or comparable degree programmes with a standard period of study of at least three years and 180 ECTS credit points.

- Equivalent language certificates if applicable
An additional requirement is a letter of motivation to be assessed by the study committee.
Career Opportunities
The program enables gradutes to take over demanding managerial functions in real estate project development and management from the conceptional planning to the utilization of realty. Furthermore, graduates are qualified to take up a doctorate.
