Improving the qualityof university administration on the

self-service
QIS includes self-service functions for students, lecturers, examination administration staff and the Departments via the Internet.

The following services are available tostudents:

• Change master data (e.g. change of address),
• Print out study certificates,
• Viewing and printing out transcripts of records,
• registering and deregistering for examinations.

The following services are availablefor lecturers (examiners):

• Grades view: lists of registered students and grades already posted for all semesters,
• Posting of grades: Posting via HTML forms or Excel upload,
• Posting of grades without registration: Posting of grades, e.g. for students who are not registered.

Students have received their initial login with their certificate of enrolment from the SSC, instructors (examiners) receive their login from the Dean's Office.

Moodle is a software for online learning platforms. You work together with other participants in course rooms. A wide range of learning activities allow you to design your learning in a varied way that is geared towards your learning outcomes. Moodle focuses on the learner group and the learning process.
You log in to Moodle with your HISQIS login name and your HISQIS-INITIAL password, which you received when you enrolled.

Nextcloud is a service that allows you to store data web-based so that you can access it anywhere in the world at any time. Automatic synchronization between your local PCs and the cloud storage is also possible.

Please note that access to resources at the HSA depends on the end device you are using (member of an HSA network domain or not). If not, your system does not meet the requirements of the Hochschule-Anhalt for connecting to your department, the shared resources and the Internet resources classified as secure.
However, the connection may be set up for special tasks, e.g. license server connectivity or similar.
