Funding
This project is funded by the Federal Ministry of Food, Agriculture and Rural Affairs (BMLEH) on the basis of a resolution passed by the German Bundestag. The project is managed by the Federal Office for Agriculture and Food (BLE), funding codes 2822HS001, 2822HS005, 2822HS006.
The BMLEH requires scientific decision-making support to fulfill its political and administrative tasks. Since the research institutions within its remit are not always able to meet this need, it is necessary to award research projects to scientific institutions outside the federal administration.

Time frame
The estimated project duration is 36 months. During this time, the various subsections (T0 – T4) will be developed and supported by annual interim reports and paper/poster presentations. A final report will be produced at the end of the project.
