For more concentration
In the event on 23.09.2020, students looked at the components of food and learned that brain food is important for mastering everyday university life with energy and concentration. Brain food includes all the foods that are full of B vitamins, proteins, omega-3 fatty acids, good carbohydrates and fiber and provide the brain with the most important nutrients and make it more efficient - that's the right nerve food!
Whether fruit and vegetables, low-fat dairy products, eggs, pulses, wholegrains and nuts - brainfood contains everything that is part of a healthy diet anyway.
At the brainfood bar that followed, the students were provided with plenty of nuts and fruit.
