- The scholarships to be awarded for new applications are advertised on the Anhalt University of Applied Sciences website via the doctoral centers.
- The expected number of scholarships, application deadline and duration of the scholarships will be announced with the call for new applications. The call for applications contains further information regarding:
a. Form of application and place of submission,
b. Documents to be submitted by the applicant,
c. Amount of the grant and the duration of the grant.
- The application must be sent to the Center for Research, Transfer and Entrepreneurship of the HSA (FTGZ) by the deadline. The deadline stated in the call for applications is a cut-off deadline for submitting the completed application including attachments (§ 4). Applications may only be submitted digitally by e-mail to leiter.ftgz@hs-anhalt.de.
- The FTGZ formally checks the application for completeness and only submits complete applications to the award committee.
- The decision to award the scholarship is made by the award committee by resolution. The award committee is quorate if the chairperson and three other members are present. Resolutions are passed by a majority vote of the members present; in the event of a tie, the chairperson has the casting vote.
- Following the decision of the award committee, the FTGZ concludes a corresponding agreement with the applicant.
- The standard funding period is three years. An extension is possible by application.
