The completed form "Antrag auf Gewährung einer Verlängerung eines STIPENDIUMS nach dem Graduiertenförderungsgesetz (Grad FG)" must be received by the FTGZ no later than 8 weeks before the end of the funding period:
- Attachment: Data collection for the scholarship contract
- Work report including a retrospective timetable as well as a work plan and timetable for the requested extension period.
- An expert opinion from the two supervising professors endorsing the requested extension period.
- The approval of the responsible Department by the Dean's signature on the application for extension.
