ISBN assignment and Edition Hochschule Anhalt
In cooperation with the Grafische Werkstatt, we publish your printed and digital contributions as part of the "Edition Hochschule Anhalt" and assign ISBNs and permanent identifiers (DOIs) for digital publications. Please apply for your ISBN using the online form below or send us an e-mail to publikationen(at)hs-anhalt.de.
The university publishing house fulfils the following functions for Anhalt University of Applied Sciences publications:
- Assignment of ISBN for publications of Anhalt University of Applied Sciences
- Assumption of the legal obligation to deliver the compulsory contributions to the national libraries and the state library as well as the distribution of your publications to partner universities in the exchange of publications
- Inclusion of the publication in the relevant library and bookselling databases and directories
We take over the delivery of the obligatory copies to the national libraries and the state library as well as the distribution of your publications to partner universities in the publication exchange.
For the publication of your publication, we require the author's declaration completed by you in addition to the document.

Journals
The articles published in the Conference Proceedings Journal are based on the proceedings of the International Conference on Applied Innovations in IT (ICAIIT), which is held once a year in March in Köthen, Germany. The conference provides an international forum for researchers, development engineers, and other professionals to present and discuss current research findings and practical developments in the field of applied information technologies and their interdisciplinary applications.
The peer-reviewed papers accepted and presented at the annual conference form the basis for the corresponding annual issue of the Conference Proceedings Journal, officially titled Proceedings of the International Conference on Applied Innovations in IT, or Proceedings of the ICAIIT.
The journal is published by Anhalt University of Applied Sciences and has been published since 2013. In addition to the annual issue based on the ICAIIT, the journal provides opportunities throughout the year for the publication of further scientific contributions and Special Issues outside the annual March conference. These special issues may be prepared and published in cooperation with international conferences, universities, research institutions, and other academic partners.
Aims and Scope
The aim of the Conference Proceedings Journal is to disseminate original research on the development, application, evaluation, and practical implementation of information technologies and IT-based methodologies. The journal provides a publication platform for applied and interdisciplinary research and covers areas including technological innovation, computational methods, digital transformation, intelligent systems, automation, data-driven decision-making, and practical problem-solving.
