We are shaping the future of science!

The Female Professors Program 2030 at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences is actively committed to the advancement of women (in leadership positions) within academia. The aim is to strengthen equal opportunities for women in academia and break down barriers through specific measures. The aim is to support career and personnel development and to increase the number of women in professorships and move towards parity.
