Support in Exceptional Emotional Situations

Amid the challenges of academic life, which can be marked by turbulence, high pressure, and complex demands, it is of utmost importance to pay attention both to yourself and to the needs of university staff and students. Often, assigned tasks, time pressure in daily work, personal worries, and other obligations can pose excessive mental strain. In such moments, it is crucial not to look away – neither from yourself nor from others.
