The "weiter denken" campaign gives a comprehensive impression of the opportunities and prospects of a professorship at the UAS in Saxony-Anhalt. To this end, 18 professors from the four universities in the state give vivid impressions of their working world in videos, photos and interviews. The variety of topics discussed ranges from close cooperation with students and practice-oriented research to the advantages of the federal state.

Prof. Dr. Sauerhering, Prof. Hartwig, Prof. Dr. Stange, Prof. Dr. Carôt and Prof. Dr. Grewe from Anhalt University of Applied Sciences will be taking part. All content and videos are available by clicking on www.weiter-denken.prof.

Appointment procedure at the HSA

Composition of the appointment committee at the HSA

with voting rights:

  • Dean or other professor as chairperson
  • four professors from the university
  • at least one further professor from another university
  • two research assistants or teaching staff for special tasks
  • two students
  • Gender Equality Representative of the Department

without voting rights:

  • Representative for severely disabled persons of the university, if applicable
  • Senate rapporteur, if appointed by the Senate
  • Appointment officer (advises and examines legal aspects and supports the work of the appointment committee, ensures compliance with procedural regulations)
