Course content and objectives
If you have a completed university degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, Geodesy, Surveying, or Business Studies and would like to deepen your knowledge of real estate, then you will find excellent conditions for this at Anhalt University’s master’s program in Real Estate.
Scientific methods and insights are applied specifically to the professional field. In the program, students practice their ability to identify and solve problems in an interdisciplinary manner. The focus is placed on business, legal, and civil engineering content and the ability to write evaluations.
Requirements
Admission requirement is a qualified university degree in the Bachelor's degree programmes Architecture, Civil Engineering, Business Administration and Economics, Facility Management, Geodesy, Real Estate Management, Business Law and Surveying or comparable degree programmes with a standard period of study of at least 3 years.
