Procedure for ERASMUS mobility (STT):
Clarify with your supervisor whether an ERASMUS mobility is an option for you. If yes, choose one of the following options:
- Work shadowing at a partner university
- Work shadowing at a company in the ERASMUS area (outside Germany)
- Participation in an International Staff Week at a university in the ERASMUS area
- Participation in a language course (language schools are specified by the Language Center in coordination with the IO)
- Please contact Mr. Christian Lippold (IO) about the availability of ERASMUS funds. An application is only possible if sufficient funds are available. An approved business trip application does not automatically lead to a legal entitlement to ERASMUS funds.
- Submit a business trip application for mobility via the HISINONE. (Mr. Lippold will provide you with instructions on how to select the correct cost bearer) After confirmation by your supervisor, he will forward the application to Mr. Lippold for confirmation of the cost bearer.
- After final confirmation by the President, the ERASMUS business trip is approved.
- Parallel to steps 1-4, a Mobility Mobility Agreement and a Grant Agreement. Once both have been completed and signed by all parties involved, the grant is transferred. Now you can book the flight, accommodation and, if applicable, the language course.
IMPORTANT: Flight and accommodation can NOT be booked via the university on account, but must be booked privately. - Carry out the mobility. At the end, have the ERASMUS certificate signed (Letter of Confirmation). This must be submitted in the original to Mr. Lippold.
- From the EU portal you will receive a link for the mobility questionnaire (EU Survey). This must be submitted within a maximum of 4 weeks after the end of the mobility. If the questionnaire is not submitted within the deadline, the IO will demand the money back with reference to breach of contract.
- Once the ERASMUS certificate and the completed questionnaire have been submitted, the process is complete.
If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Christian Lippold (christian.lippold@hs-anhalt.de)
