The following bodies are elected
- Senate,
- Department Executive Committees,
- Gender Equality Representatives and their deputies
- for each Department,
- for the central operating units,
- for the Preparatory College (Landesstudienkolleg) and
- for the entire university
The elections are held as electronic elections using the POLYAS online election system.

- 06.10.2025 | Announcement of the elections
- 21.10. to 29.10.2025 | Submission of election proposals
- 21.10. to 26.11.2025 | Publication of the electoral registers
- 17.11.2025 | Public announcement of the approved election proposals at the university
- 24.11. (8:00 a.m.) to 26.11.2025 (8:00 p.m.) | Implementation of the electronic elections
- 28.11.2025 | Announcement of the provisional election results
