When it comes to modules, your program sequence, examinations, or decisions related to your degree program.
The Degree Program Advisor is your first point of contact for academic and organizational questions related to your specific degree program. This includes, for example, individual study planning, coursework requirements, areas of concentration, and specific features of your program sequence.
If you need to clarify any official matters related to your student status.
The Student Service Center supports the administrative processes related to your studies. Many documents and procedures are also handled digitally via the SSC Portal and HIS QIS. There you’ll find, among other things, certificates of enrollment, tuition information, exam registrations, and academic transcripts.
From settling in and arriving to studying abroad and international college life.
The International Office supports international students and provides advice on all matters related to living in Germany. It is also the point of contact for semesters abroad, international internships, mobility grants, scholarships, and exchange programs. For specific questions about your degree program, the International Office will refer you to the respective program coordinator.
If stress, feeling overwhelmed, or personal difficulties become too much to handle, you can find confidential support at the university.
Sometimes you need a detailed conversation; other times, you just need someone to listen. Anhalt University of Applied Sciences offers various resources for this purpose.
The university’s Psychological Counseling Service supports you with personal stress, anxiety, crises, or difficulties with your studies. The sessions take place in a safe and confidential setting.
The Mental Health First Responders are a low-threshold first point of contact if you’re feeling acutely stressed or overwhelmed and would like to talk to someone right away. They’ll listen, help you make sense of the situation, and, if needed, refer you to appropriate additional support services. These conversations are also confidential.
