Studying nutrition for the future
If you are interested in human nutrition and the economic aspects of the food industry, Anhalt University of Applied Sciences offers a wide range of opportunities for specialization. In the Ecotrophology degree program, students study household and nutritional sciences in combination with natural sciences, engineering, economics and social sciences. The Bachelor's and Master's degree programs in Food Technology teach mathematics, science and engineering to ensure that food is nutritious, looks appealing, tastes good and offers additional health benefits through innovative products. There are also numerous other fields of study, such as Agriculture / Agricultural Management or Nutrition Therapy.
All degree programs have one thing in common: studying at Anhalt University of Applied Sciences is project and practice-oriented. Students study in state-of-the-art laboratories, pilot plants and workshops, in small learning groups and with individual support from our instructors. Particular emphasis is placed on application-oriented studies and direct exchange with our cooperation partners from professional practice.
