The Food and Nutrition Research Group has established itself as a recognized scientific institution in recent years. More than 100 partnerships with companies and organizations in Central Germany, the whole of Germany, Europe and the whole world are evidence of this. Based on our philosophy that "only high-quality Agriculture raw materials, processed with the help of innovative technological processes, ultimately guarantee high-quality food and thus satisfied consumers", it is our aim to develop and establish tailor-made solutions for specific applications with our partners. We are very committed to the transfer of knowledge and technology.
