Our team is made up of scientists and laboratory assistants from a wide range of disciplines. Engineers and scientists from Food Technology are the main focus of the working group. Innovative research ideas are developed as a team and implemented in a target-oriented manner. Applied research topics in close cooperation with the food industry are fundamental issues.
