Literature management
Reference management programs or reference managers are supportive tools in the academic writing process. These programs can be used to save and organize found literature. After selecting a citation style, reference lists are generated.

Citavi
Anhalt University of Applied Sciences offers all members of the university access to the reference management program Citavi.
Citavi can be used both as software on the PC and as a web version. Please note: the Citavi software can NOT be installed on Mac devices! Alternatively, the web version or virtualization solution (e.g. Parallels) is available.

In addition to Citavi, there are other reference managers such as Zotero, Mendeley, EndNote or JabRef. The SLUB provides an overview.
There may currently be problems with logging in and downloading the Citavi software.
